People get mad at Zach and Nnamdi for leaving, but how could you blame them when they are professionals, studying and preparing on there days off and half there teammates playing video games and goofing off. Everyone knows someone who works too little and gets all the benefits of someone who works hard. Well there you have it, a true professional would be studying his playbook after class all day not playing Madden. In many ways Nnamdi and Zach were the odd men out. They were professionals who took there careers seriously by studying all the time and staying busy in the community while there teammates were out at Pf changs and Jambalaya juice all day, playing video games!

It’s with little surprise do we now know what has happened to two of our most recent beloved Raiders. Zach and Nnamdi are gone, get over it! If you have any I’ll feelings or negativity towards Zach or Nnamdi you need only to look at yourselves in the mirror. Imagine your boss moving your work place to Oakland of all places. Once murder capital of the world and on a current 14 day murder spree. Highest cost of living in the state and a boss that switches out coaches and systems like he changes his socks. Who wouldn’t look for a way out to a change of scenery? I would for starters. Don’t even mention the pay. Al could have paid the both of them what they are getting paid elsewhere. It came down to the environment that Al has fostered way to long. We have spent our hard earned money on too many players to be named, that Al vested in. He moved us back to the ghetto. He has lost arguablay the two best Raiders in one week, something has to give. Many will turn on me for this post as being anti Raider. I have always been quick to crack on a player that I believe to be slacking, or immature. We have kept too many Huffs and Sam Williams, Jetts and not enough Gruden’s, Nnamdi’s, and Millers! If you are the one who says that they believe in AL’s ways until the day they die, well get out the champagne and toast you and AL’s moves this week, it’s all on you and the other people that condone his reckless ways of running our beloved franchise. I will always be a Raider fan until the day I die, not even AL’s bungling ways will deter my love for this team, don’t be confused by this blog. My frustrations are not on Zach and Nnamdi, how could you blame them for wanting to get away from all this mess and raise there families elsewhere away from the Bay area and AL’s broken promises of titles. As a father I would do what is best for my family and their futures and as far away from Oakland would be 1st on my list. Thanks Zack and Nnamdi for what you gave us and for being the best Raiders you could be
